Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt to a dual-track Agile environment that incorporates both Agile and Waterfall components. This role is part of a large-scale SAP transformation project with tight deadlines and milestones, requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles while adapting to project-specific needs. - Collaborate with a team of Accenture Scrum Masters and a broader team of 20+ Scrum Masters from Accenture and the client. - Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency. - Act as a conflict resolver and foster a collaborative, empathetic team environment. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM). - Experience with Azure DevOps for managing work and tracking progress. - SAFe experience is required; SAFe certification is a plus. - Strong analytical skills for evaluating work processes and team performance. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Team player with the ability to work in a large, diverse team environment. - Experience in SAP transformation projects is highly desirable. - Availability to work in the CET (Central European Time) time zone. - Empathetic and approachable, with strong conflict resolution skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
