This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, client retention, and new business acquisition across the financial market’s technology segment.

The Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner to clients, finding opportunities to deliver value through tailored solutions that align with their business objectives!

Working collaboratively with internal collaborators and external partners, the Account Manager will lead all commercial activities within their designated portfolio. This includes owning the full sales cycle—from qualification to negotiation and close—while ensuring the retention and expansion of existing revenue streams. The role demands a proactive approach to relationship management, with a focus on building trust, deepening engagement, and positioning the organization as a long-term partner!

What you'll be doing:

• Own and support RFI, RFP, and proposal submissions
• Develop a deep understanding of customer strategies, priorities, and needs to drive impactful conversations using MIT and broader LSEG solutions
• Build and maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships while driving growth and growing LSEG’s footprint across your portfolio
• Handle end-to-end commercial activities across accounts, ensuring strong customer engagement and revenue retention
• Drive efficiency in account administration, particularly within growth and lower-value accounts
• Partner with internal teams to ensure operational excellence, including billing accuracy and timely resolution of client queries

What you’ll bring:

• Established track record in driving growth, achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows.
• Proven experience in Financial Services Industry.
• Proven experience within the Exchange Technology segment.
• Strong MIT product knowledge.
• Building relationships while collaborating and sharing knowledge with clients.
• Selling skills (identity, develop and articulate a sophisticated proposition/consultative selling).
• Strong ability to work with clients and come to terms on agreements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency.
• Problem solving—ability to understand, eloquent, structure and tackle client needs.
• Presentation and interpersonal skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
• Ability to collaborate with account teams to address client critical issues.
• Account management, sales or marketing experience in a customer facing environment required.
• Customer relationship management required throughout your book of business
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
