About the Team/Role
We are seeking a super talented and smart Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our core technology platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical acumen, deep experience partnering with engineering teams on complex systems, exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to drive successful product outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment, and a deep commitment to customer-centric product development.
How you’ll make an impact
Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform components, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep customer (internal and external) insights to identify opportunities and define technical product requirements.
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring platform decisions and priorities directly address user needs and provide measurable value to customers.
Translate complex technical product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for the engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, business, and operations teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, scalable, and resilient products efficiently.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical debt, customer feedback, and strategic objectives.
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, focusing on driving platform adoption and measuring success metrics.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimization.
Serve as the internal and external expert for the product, providing guidance and communicating product status, vision, and value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience you’ll bring
4-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused environment, preferably with platform, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS products.
Demonstrated ability to define and deliver successful product strategies and roadmaps.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts, including concepts like cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), APIs, and CI/CD/GitOps.
Deep experience working closely with Platform engineering teams in either building platforms from scratch or managing complex existing technical systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and growth experimentation.
Must have a B.Tech/B.E. degree from a Tier 1 college (e.g., IIT, NIT, BITS) or equivalent high-tier engineering institution.
Good to have: Experience with global teams, which may include exposure to international communication and stakeholder management.
Good to have: Some experience or interest in mentoring junior team members.
