The opportunity:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the creation and modification of lithography masks, which are essential for the production of our state-of-the-art semiconductor products. You will collaborate closely with engineers and various specialist departments to successfully execute projects and drive product enhancements.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will design and adapt lithography masks using advanced CAD tools, ensuring alignment with product specifications and manufacturing requirements.

• You will support the engineering and development of mask layouts for new product introductions, applying deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external mask suppliers to ensure accurate and timely execution of mask-related projects.

• You will manage and maintain technical drawings and documentation with a strong emphasis on traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• You will ensure mask designs meet quality, manufacturability, and performance standards throughout the product lifecycle.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You have completed formal education in Technical Drafting or Design Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.

• Extensive experience in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor), ideally including DW2000.

• Demonstrated expertise in the creation, adaptation, and management of technical drawings and design documentation.

• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on mask design and layout.

• Proficient in supporting systems such as Access and SAP, familiarity with MES environments is a strong asset.

• In-depth knowledge of applicable industry norms and standards.

• Structured, independent approach to work with a high level of precision and accountability.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
