Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, your day typically involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services. You will be engaged in monitoring operational requirements and ensuring that service agreements are consistently met. Your role includes managing delivery processes, addressing any issues that arise in the production environment, and coordinating with various teams to maintain system reliability and performance. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to sustaining high-quality service delivery throughout the operational lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document operational procedures and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members in understanding operational workflows and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of application server environments and middleware technologies.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Familiarity with deployment automation and configuration management.
- Understanding of network protocols and security considerations in enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
