General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship):

The Marketing & Events Intern will support the strategic and operational activities of BeOne Medicines' Marketing area, contributing to the planning, execution and monitoring of initiatives related to the company's portfolio of medicines, with a focus on the areas of Oncology and Hematology.  communication and events, collaborating in the preparation of materials, in the organization of processes, in data analysis and in the interface with internal areas, developing an integrated view of the business and the pharmaceutical environment, always in accordance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines and the company's Compliance principles.

Essential Functions of the Internship:

  • Support the direct supervisor in the preparation, review and organization of strategic presentations, institutional materials and marketing materials related to the company's medicines.
  • Support the planning and execution of scientific, promotional and institutional events, contributing to the strategic organization of actions, preparation of schedules, control of demands and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Support the development, adaptation and organization of communication materials and promotional materials for events (presentations, institutional pieces, educational content and support materials), ensuring consistency of message and alignment with brand strategies.
  • Submit and monitor requests for events, contracts and strategic actions in the marketing area, ensuring the correct flow of approvals according to internal policies and Compliance requirements.
  • Support the control and monitoring of the marketing area's budget (OPEX), assisting in the organization of spreadsheets, reports and monitoring of expenses versus approved budget.
  • Support the preparation, organization and updating of technical, scientific and strategic materials for the promotion of Oncology and Hematology products, in alignment with the Medical, Regulatory and Compliance areas.
  • Maintain databases, internal controls and dashboards updated, ensuring the traceability of information and providing support to data analysis and decision-making in the area.
  • Collaborate in the interface with internal areas such as Regulatory, Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Legal, supporting the implementation and alignment of marketing and events strategies.
  • Support the preparation of internal communication materials and content for training, meetings and corporate presentations, including initiatives related to events and strategic campaigns.
  • Monitor market intelligence and competition analysis initiatives, contributing to the identification of trends, opportunities and good practices in Oncology and Hematology.
  • Act in accordance with internal policies, codes of conduct, compliance standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring that all marketing, communication and event activities are aligned with the company's ethical and legal guidelines.
