As a Patient Empowerment Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of awareness campaigns in close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to achieve the set objectives

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Enhancing patients’ engagement, improving health outcomes and fostering strong relationships between patients and health care providers.
  • This position often focusses on supporting patients in understanding and managing their health.
  • Leading the planning and execution of digital innovations in close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to achieve the agreed objectives.
  • Measure and optimize All media channels to improve depth and consistency in engagement.
  • Continuous performance tracking of existing paid/owned media channels to optimize experience and maximize ROIs.
  • Proactively seek opportunities in new platforms/services that improve patients accessibility and interaction with HCPs.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that activities appropriately uphold Digital Governance

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience isn't mandated

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Relevant experience in Marketing
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve with limited information
