Join the Department of Residence team at Iowa State University and play an important role in helping students feel at home on campus. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused professional to serve as a Customer Experience Coordinator (Customer Relations Coordinator III), supporting campus life that impacts thousands of students each year.
This position combines customer service, administrative coordination, problem-solving, and operational support to help students navigate their residential experience. The role supports housing assignments, applications, contracts, dining information, student inquiries, and departmental processes while serving as a key point of contact for students, families, and campus partners.
