About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

Within the Marketing technology organization, the Event Technology & Insights team delivers a cutting-edge series of products that delivers in-person, digital, and on-demand experiences across Salesforce’s global events marketing portfolio. Our products help connect audiences to the content & experiences they need, when and where they need it, so that it is as easy as possible for them to learn about how to use Salesforce products and drive business growth. Whether customers and prospects are navigating our events ecosystem or on the product buying journey, we aim to deepen their relationship with Salesforce, accelerate learning and networking opportunities, and boost marketing performance. The Event Technology product line consists of four products: In-person technology (registration system, events mobile app, on-site scanning, etc.), Salesforce+ (our virtual events platform), Event Platform and Integrations and High Volume Events (technology used to field field events).

In this role, you as the Sr. Product Manager will manage the Data Services & Integration theme in the Event Platform and Integrations product. This product primarily services other products in our product line by enabling data sharing amongst the products and integration with our data cloud instance. You will partner closely with another US-based product manager who manages the other theme within the product: Events Agent (our realization of Agentforce). This roles requires strong collaboration with all product managers in the MarTech organization, beyond the event technology product line, to ensure that event technology is appropriately integrated into the larger set of MarTech services.
