How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Customer Master Data Specialist is responsible for data entry and maintenance for our integrated enterprise system (SAP). As part of the Customer Master Data team, this position is responsible for the accurate entry of data into SAP. The Customer Master Data team is responsible for the efficient and effective management of customer master data and pricing. This will require an individual with exceptional attention to detail, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and in-depth knowledge of our business, products, and processes.

Hours: Monday - Friday
8 am - 5 pm

Hourly Salary Range: $23 - $27
  • Processes all internal inbound requests for new accounts and performs updates to existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer master data.

  • Maintains account pricing, adjustments, rent codes, and exemptions

  • Processes price maintenance requests for customer accounts in a timely manner

  • Creates hierarchy nodes and changes hierarchy assignments

  • Generates and analyzes Excel data reports from SAP and SharePoint

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Are you a MATCH?

  • High school diploma required; associates or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is helpful

  • 2-5 years administrative experience

  • SAP knowledge and experience a plus

  • Familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment

  • Must be able to prioritize and adapt to workloads, schedules and diverse situations with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to perform high volume data entry with speed and accuracy

  • Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from associates across all levels of the organization

  • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

  • Able to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

  • Demonstrated initiative with ability to work both independently and with a team

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment
