Johnson Controls is looking for a Controls Systems Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in engineering. You will be responsible for commissioning systems using Johnson Controls tools, troubleshooting basic HVAC, electrical, and automation issues, and loading controller software.

What You Will Do:

• Commission systems using Johnson Controls tools.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and automation issues.
• Load controller software and perform diagnostics.
• Complete commissioning documentation.
• Calibrate systems using test equipment.
• Prepare customer proposals and quotes.
• Travel across Europe (50% - 70% of the time) - Projects are also in Germany, Austria, and Poland.

What We Look For:

• Degree in electronics, automation, mechanical, electricity. Fresh graduates may also apply!
• Experience with BMS, Security, or Access Control systems is a great advantage.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2.200 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
