Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the new processes align with the overall business strategy. You will also facilitate discussions to identify opportunities for improvement and work closely with teams to implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
