Job Description:

The GTM Supervisor plays a key role in enabling commercial performance across Europe by ensuring accurate data, actionable insights, and efficient go-to-market processes. This role connects operations, analytics, and commercial teams, driving visibility on performance and supporting decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Tools & Programs: Manage core platforms (Take Charge, DRIVE), ensure data accuracy, user support, and continuous improvements
  • Competitive Insights: Deliver monthly Time in Transit analysis, identify gaps and opportunities vs competitors
  • Network Visibility: Maintain and produce Time in Transit maps; ensure data accuracy across service structures
  • Service Change Coordination: Lead RSC process, standardize requests, track progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Data & Automation: Maintain databases, improve reporting, and drive automation of recurring processes

Profile

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven roles
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrix environment

Technical Skills (nice-to-have)

Power BI, SQL Server / BigQuery, OBI, VBA / PowerShell / ETL & data automation
