We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Advisor to establish and embed a robust knowledge management framework across our Parks & Resorts operations on a part time basis.
This is a newly created role designed to drive consistency, reduce operational risk, and enhance frontline capability across all resort locations. Working closely with the Quality Team, you will play a key role in ensuring our teams have access to accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality information to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Knowledge Management framework across Parks & Resorts
Create, review, and maintain knowledge articles, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and quality
Establish processes for knowledge capture, validation, and distribution
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and drive content improvements
Ensure consistency of processes and information across all resort locations
Support frontline teams by providing accessible, user-friendly knowledge resources
Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks of knowledge content
About You
Experience in knowledge management, content management, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Proven ability to build processes and frameworks from the ground up
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
Part-time work – this role is 14 Hours per week
