We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Advisor to establish and embed a robust knowledge management framework across our Parks & Resorts operations on a part time basis.

This is a newly created role designed to drive consistency, reduce operational risk, and enhance frontline capability across all resort locations. Working closely with the Quality Team, you will play a key role in ensuring our teams have access to accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality information to deliver exceptional member experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Knowledge Management framework across Parks & Resorts

  • Create, review, and maintain knowledge articles, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and quality

  • Establish processes for knowledge capture, validation, and distribution

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and drive content improvements

  • Ensure consistency of processes and information across all resort locations

  • Support frontline teams by providing accessible, user-friendly knowledge resources

  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks of knowledge content


About You

  • Experience in knowledge management, content management, or a similar role

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information

  • Proven ability to build processes and frameworks from the ground up

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities

  • Part-time work – this role is 14 Hours per week
