We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, dedicated people to join Alcon. As a Brand Manager in our Fort Worth, TX office one will be responsible for developing the Glaucoma brand portfolio strategy and tactics to deliver P&L and market share targets.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Execute tactical plans for the portfolio that are aligned to the portfolio strategy.
Develop and execute channel plans.
Lead annual planning process for assigned brand(s), project(s) and/or cross-brand strategy
Generate business, category, and competitive insights to inform business strategies and tactics.
Track and ensure key performance indicators, market share, and sales targets are met.
Manage the marketing budget and optimize brand plans to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Oversee development of technical/clinical messaging and tools for professionals and patients and continually monitor and optimize brand programs to ensure effectiveness of messaging and tools for sales team (sales aids, trade ads, supplements, MOAs).
Partner with internal and external stakeholders such as sales, training, medical, S&OP, global, omni-channel, meetings teams, creative services, and external agencies on projects.
Develop project tracker inclusive of main conference and sponsorship priorities to maximize SOV presence and share.
Lead MAP Submission, manage concept reviews LOC Management, and partner as creative service liaison to execute brand tactics in a timely manner.
What you’ll bring to Alcon:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
