Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

  • Expands existing customer base; identifying and soliciting potential new customers
  • Schedules and visits established customers in order to maintain and increase sales to that customer, based on an understanding of the customers’ business need
  • Utilizes sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity
  • Supports orders from customers to renew and add to their inventory, quotes on new equipment when needed; manages customer returns when appropriate
  • Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel in doing so
  • Conducts themselves in a professional manner in order to enhance the corporate image of the company
  • Computer proficient on excel, reporting and CRM tools.
  • Able to use internet and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for the customer’s needs
  • Effectively communicates product features, benefits and warranty information to customers in order to present a value proposition
  • Provides exceptional customer service and is solution oriented
  • Ensures customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Displays a positive, helpful attitude and known to be a team player.



Expertise & Essential Skills:

  • Automotive and Industrial Refinishing and Industrial Parts experience
  • Experience in sales and territory management
  • Experience delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Territory includes accounts in the Port Kells area
