Job Responsibilities：

• Cleans and resets tables, including removing and replacing dishes, glasses, utensils and condiments in a timely and organized manner
• Serves food and beverage and assists the Food Server, as needed
• Completes required side work as assigned
• Performs duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to MGM and encourages others to do the same
• Flexibility and multi-tasking – Due to the nature of our industry and guest expectations, you may be re-assigned either temporarily or for a longer term to other positions within the hotel operations. Each employee is expected to be cross trained so as to be able to assist other departments. Work schedules may be adapted to operational needs and to ensure we fulfill guest expectations and may include split shifts, evening and or night shifts
• Ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented and followed
• Supports the implementation people Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing MGM Macau’s Values and Culture Characteristics
• Provide excellent and professional service to guests when seating them in the restaurant according to designated rotation plans
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

Job Requirements：

• At least 6 months’ F&B experience, with 3 months’ experience in upscale restaurants of international hotel chains
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
• Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
• Proficient in computer operation and POS system
• Well-groomed
