A Day in the Life

Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes
As the Order Processing Specialist II, you will be responsible for reviewing the documents and verify them against the US Healthcare insurance policy prior to the products being shipped.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Attend training sessions and develop self-capabilities on an ongoing basis. 

  • Customer satisfaction to recognize timelines and qualities in published output. 

  • Timely and high-quality completion of cases, according to established objectives 

  • Support internal systems, methods, and procedures to maintain compliance. 

  • Understanding of client KPI & CPI requirements 

  • Ensures all records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements. 

  • Leave management policy. 

  • Importance of login hours and schedule adherence 

  • Contribution in ideas of process improvement 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • US Healthcare experience required.

  • Minimum 2-10 years of experience, relevant to the role, is required.

  • This role will require the employee to work in the US shift hours.

OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.

Leadership and Talent Management: May provide guidance and assistance to new or entry level employees.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
