Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting full‑cycle recruitment activities, partnering with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs, sourcing top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role also involves onboarding coordination, university relations, data management, and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives. This position plays a key role in driving recruitment excellence and strengthening the company’s talent pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Partner with TA Lead and Hiring Managers to gather requirements, clarify job expectations, and define hiring criteria.
- Develop sourcing strategies through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, local job boards, tech communities, and referral networks.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: CV screening, initial interviews, coordinating technical interviews, assessment, and selection.
- Maintain and grow talent pipelines for key or recurring roles.
- Provide support to the TA team in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
- Participate in interview processes and contribute to candidate evaluation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, track progress, and produce reports for analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging HR technologies.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience through timely coordination.
2. Offer & Onboarding
- Collect candidate information to prepare offer letters and personal documentation.
- Coordinate with HR Operations on offer preparation and salary negotiations.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain connections with former employees when needed.
3. University Relations
- Implement and coordinate quarterly/yearly scholarship programs with universities (if required).
- Support and handle recruitment for Fresher Programs based on business needs.
- Coordinate office tours, career talks, and other university engagement activities.
- Assist in Internship/Fresher Program operations when required.
4. Team Collaboration & Other Tasks
- Attend required internal and external training courses, seminars, and workshops.
- Support other team members in recruitment when delegated by the Manager.
- Complete additional assignments from the Team Leader / Manager / P&C Head.
- Collaborate on recruitment projects and contribute fresh insights and ideas.
- Proactively participate in company and People & Culture activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields—or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment coordination, data analysis, pipeline management, and process improvement.
- Good at English Communication
- Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS tools, data reporting, and candidate engagement methods.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to support recruitment strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and Hiring Managers to optimize processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and commitment to TA function success.
- Continuous learner who keeps up with industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
