As a member of the CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will help organizations unlock value and reinvent their finance function by combining strategy, transformation, and technology. You will support clients in areas such as finance transformation, operating model redesign, enterprise value creation, cost optimization, finance platforms, and enterprise analytics, enabling them to become more efficient, data-driven, and resilient in a rapidly changing business environment.
THE WORK:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex consulting and IT transformation programs for Financial Services clients (banking, insurance), acting as a program/project/delivery lead
Manage multi-stream initiatives across business and technology areas, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and onshore/offshore resources
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure high-quality delivery in line with Accenture standards, methodologies, and industry best practices
Support business development activities for Accenture Poland, with a focus on the Financial Services industry
Contribute to the preparation of RFP responses, proposals, and commercial offers, including scope definition and deal shaping
Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and drive follow-on engagements
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across ongoing projects, providing expertise in Implementation of IT solutions and optimization of business processes, including intelligent automation, Functional understanding of financial and accounting systems (e.g., ERP, FSCP, reporting solutions), Design and development of Business Operating Models, Other transformation-related initiatives within finance and IT domains
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a strong plus
Proven experience in program/project management and delivery of complex transformation initiatives
Experience in managing multi-stream delivery across business and IT, including coordination of cross-functional, vendor, and distributed (on/offshore) teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client stakeholders
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems (e.g. ERP, reporting systems)
Experience in business process optimization and/or implementation of IT solutions (including automation)
Familiarity with operating model design and transformation programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
Fluency in English and Polish (written & spoken)
Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, client-facing environment
Master proficiency in Program & Project Management
Master proficiency in Scope Management
Expert proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
Expert proficiency in Risk Management
Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning

Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances.
