Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Sales Support & Operations Specialist to join our team in a virtual capacity. Candidates must reside in Georgia or South Carolina and will oversee the Charleston, Augusta, and Savannah territories. This role focuses on supporting retail operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across the region. Responsibilities include administering sales reports, tracking client activity, and providing analytical and statistical support to the Product Sales Support team. You will prepare standard sales forecasts, budgets, projections, and management reports while leveraging your in-depth expertise to set priorities and act as a resource for colleagues. Travel is required approximately 20–30% of the time, so proximity to these markets is essential.
