· Troubleshoot, repair, conduct maintenance & train on Jetfire Digital equipment.
· Troubleshoot, repair, conduct maintenance & train on Jetfire Digital equipment under service contract/warranty
· Product knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly verbally and written (internally and externally).
· Provide Technical Analysis for the Territory service teams to reduce downtime / unplanned downtime for our Jetfire Product customer base.
· Plans and coordinates the delivery of the organization's services. Works on the schedule for technicians, assigns and tracks the progress of the repairs. Ensures that all the necessary resources are utilized to meet customers' expectations. Works with other departments including service managers and technicians to ensure customers' expectations are met. Communicates with customers on any scheduling updates for the repairs. Follows through the service orders from beginning to closure.
· Reduce Costs associated to Technical escalations.
Support installation planning and technical installation of Jetfire
· Understand digital Workflow to assist customers
· Increase revenue by creating ideas of new retrofit programs
· Track service interventions for continual product improvement
· Escalation management
