Who You’ll Work With:

We are looking for a Team Leader to supervise staff within the Call Center for AllianceBernstein’s Transfer Agency Operations.  This person will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team providing service to our shareholders, advisors, intermediary back offices and our firm’s sales force. The best candidate for this position will possess the proven ability to coach and develop staff, manage internal and external client relationships, handle escalated issues, problem solve, develop talent and improve processes within the department. 

What You’ll Do:

• Coach and develop staff
• Manage day to day operations and handle escalated issues as they arise
• Manage relationships with internal and external clients
• Manage communication with the team and other ABIS departments
• Identify and implement process improvements as needed
• Manage department and firm level projects as business requirements arise
• Manage work volume and key critical functions assigned to the team
• Manage team schedules
• Perform other leadership and staff level tasks as business needs require

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 3 years of leading, developing talent and motivating team members (within a call center is preferred)
• Exceptional communication, organization and follow up skills required
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Project and workflow management experience preferred
• Candidate must be customer focused and extremely flexible
• Knowledge of mutual fund operations preferred
