As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Performing follow-up with new employees to assist with questions and ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Communicating with incoming new employees to ensure all details have been arranged for successful onboarding.
  • Data entry and maintenance of applicant tracking system.
  • Prepares all hiring documentation to facilitate processing of offer letter and ensures successful completion of hiring process.
  • Ensures required documents are received and filed, all prospective employees’ files are completed, and forwarded to the Compliance department before Orientation, based on position.
  • Works on additional projects and assists fellow recruiting team members, as assigned.
  • Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care. • Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
  • Coordinates the onboarding tasks required to be done on-site (i.e., schedule physical, run fact finding on home care registry, following up on the criminal history record check system, I-9 verification, badge photos, update orientation file).
  • Complete audit sheet before sending file to Compliance and adding all documents to file (i.e., copy of ID, social security card, training paperwork, certificate, and orientation documents).
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly set sourcing, interview and hiring goals,
  •  Other duties as assigned to support the changing needs of the business.

What is Required?

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordination
  • Knowledge and experience in the operation of office equipment
  • Knowledge of Workday Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience with Service Now is a preferred.

You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
