Our team is looking for a Digital Order Fulfillment Representative to manage all outgoing digital software related to orders.  THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.

As a Digital Order Fulfillment Representative, you will be responsible, but not limited to as the company may direct employees toward additional tasks and responsibilities as needed. 

Digital Fulfillment Agent:

• Manages Shopify and Stripe to identify and create new orders
• Fulfills digital orders by sending customers software or course licenses.
• Creates the order in Salesforce and generates the order within Netsuite to provide accounting.
• Updates all records and logs related to online digital orders to reflect orders in process
• Reviews and resolves discrepancies
• Qualifies and submits customer refund requests for online orders to management for approval. Interacts with Accounting to ensure it is processed once approved.
• Manages fulfillment of all sales team digital line items, of all sales orders – including, software, device addons, and subscriptions.
• Review returned computer hardware to resolve customer failures before returning to manufacturer.
• Manages PC return authorizations once received.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Understanding of Windows Operating System, Software Installation, basic understanding of Windows Explorer folder function and organization. 
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs; maneuver and move large packages, and work on ladders as needed
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

Pay Range:

Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $29.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
