Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex CRM implementation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, controlling, and executing CRM initiatives, managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, and demonstrating stellar communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Project Execution: Lead and manage CRM implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


Required Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience working with cross-functional teams on project initiatives including the following:

  • 7+ years’ experience in project management
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing complex projects or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, Clarity, Rally tools.
  • 5+ years’ experience in utilizing project delivery methodology with supporting management practices like risk management, change management, scope management, time management, and quality management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and implementation methodologies. Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
