Your role:
The Vice President (VP) of Global Solution Engineering will spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of global technical solutions and engineering services across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to customers, and aligning engineering capabilities with the company’s strategic goals. The VP will lead a dynamic, cross-functional team of engineers, technical architects, and solution specialists, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and other key departments to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients. As a critical leadership position, the VP of Global Solution Engineering is responsible for building and leading a top-tier team of solution engineers across all regions. This leader will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth by empowering the sales team to effectively position and demonstrate the value of Odaseva’s solutions to enterprise customers.
