Citibank, N.A. seeks a Model/Anlys/Valid Group Mgr for its Long Island City, New York location.

Duties: Perform model risk management. Design and manage model inventory system to support data quality, reporting, system controls, and model risk management procedures. Perform structured analysis and data modeling using business intelligence tools viz, SQL, SAS, Tableau, and MicroStrategy. Develop data management solutions and plan implementation and execution of project plans using MS Project. Design system process enhancements. Liaise with business groups to understand business processes and to build solutions to digitize and automate in Model Risk Management System. Lead enhancement initiatives to identify and document business requirements for Model Risk Management inventory system, following Citi’s Model Risk Management procedures. Define system goals and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational program steps using MS Visio. Provide model system support and model life cycle activities. Design User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and participate in Continuity of Business Testing to ensure operational readiness. Manage a team of model analysts. Collaborate to implement Iterative or Agile methodologies. Manage requirements through JIRA. Document user guides in Confluence. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Systems, Business Management, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Programmer Analyst, Senior Manager Risk Management or related position involving model risk management. 5 years of experience must include: Project management in Model life cycle; MS Project, SQL, Visio, SAS; Tableau, MicroStrategy; and Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence.
