Job Description:
This is a part time (25 hours) fixed term opportunity (12 months) for maternity leave cover.
As key member of our small (& very friendly!) customer service team your primary responsibility will be to support the business and our customers with order processing. Day-to-day you will interact with our customers, managing varying business requests and navigate the order workflow process and systems.
Key to your success in this role will be an ability to establish a broad understanding of the local business operations and taking an analytical approach to data and insights to improve efficiency and offer better service outcomes.
About You
This is the perfect opportunity for a logical and collaborative individual who isn’t afraid to learn to navigate multiple systems and processes to provide exceptional customer outcomes. Our Auckland team is small (less than 30 employees) so you will have the opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships and play a vital role in the customer service teams success.
You will be a strong communicator, computer literate, able to manage competing priorities and ideally have a background in the retail, sales or distribution industry. Experience within a contact centre environment with an understanding of order integration and workflows will be highly regarded.
