The Opportunity:
ApplyBoard is seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly organized Enterprise Recruitment Manager to join our expanding Overseas Team and drive our mission to the next level. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in connecting international students with life-changing educational opportunities, leveraging your expertise in enterprise account management and recruitment to support ApplyBoard’s global growth.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

  • Promote ApplyBoard Services: Act as an ambassador of the ApplyBoard brand, effectively representing our services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.

  • Drive Student Enrollment: Increase international student enrollment by recruiting students from various regions to join ApplyBoard's network.

  • Agent Engagement and Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, including negotiating terms, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring active engagement through regular communication.

  • Market Representation: Deliver presentations and participate in local events to enhance ApplyBoard’s presence and brand recognition in international markets.

  • Quality Assurance: Guide and train agents to improve the quality and volume of applications, ensuring that all applications meet the highest standards.

  • Digital Communication and Engagement: Use CRM and social media platforms to share key messages, disseminate information, and drive engagement among potential and current students.

  • Strategic Marketing Implementation: Develop and execute recruitment and marketing strategies informed by market analysis and research to optimize international outreach.

  • Proactive Outreach: Engage proactively with agents, building strong partnerships and expanding ApplyBoard’s global network.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years managing enterprise accounts, preferably within the international education sector.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Independent and Self-Motivated: A proactive, autonomous self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for prioritizing tasks and ensuring accuracy in all information and communications.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous situations, to deliver the best outcomes for students while upholding our partner relationships.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working directly with educational consultants or postsecondary institutions is a strong asset.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with social media and digital tools is an advantage.
