Position Summary:

This Position will be based at Haridwar Location under Chandigarh Region.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Identify and target potential customers within the Chandigarh Region who have a need for injection molding machines and other capital goods.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive products.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the injection molding machines a offered by the company.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry developments.
  • Translate technical specifications into customer benefits and value propositions.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
  • Recommend suitable solutions that align with the client's needs and offer the most value.
  • Create customized sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide after-sales support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including cold calling, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and quotas in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on progress toward meeting objectives.
  • Continuously work towards exceeding sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.


 

Basic Qualifications:

Graduate Engineer (B.E./ B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Plastics/Polymer) with at least 5-8 years’ experience in the direct sales of capital Equipment
