Propósito del Puesto

Estandarizar y ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en equipos productivos, garantizando su óptimo funcionamiento y el cumplimiento del programa de producción.

Responsabilidades

• Mantener equipos robóticos en condiciones óptimas de operación.
• Diagnóstico y solución de fallas mecánicas, eléctricas y electrónicas.
• Ejecución y seguimiento a planes de mantenimiento.
• Uso de software, procedimientos e instructivos del área.

Perfil Requerido

• Escolaridad: Carrera técnica o Ingeniería
• Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en industria automotriz en puesto similar
• Idioma: Inglés intermedio

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Programación y reparación de robots Fanuc / Nachi / ABB
• Robots 120i, 2000i, 900i
• Soldadura MIG y Spot Welding
• PLC Allen-Bradley (SLC 500, PLC 5, RsLogix 5000)
• Electricidad industrial (interpretación de diagramas)
• Electrónica digital y analógica (reparación de tarjetas)
• Neumática, hidráulica, metrología
• ControlNet, PanelView, bases de datos
• Mecánica y software de mantenimiento
