Survey Execution & Administration
• Support the end-to-end administration of enterprise surveys (e.g. OHI, Teammate Experience, pulses, lifecycle surveys) and ad-hoc listening initiatives
• Partner with platform vendors (e.g. Medallia) and internal partners (e.g., Technology, Data and Operations) to manage configurations, timelines, testing, and deployment readiness
• Ensure data accuracy, proper user targeting, system integration, and timely delivery across all phases of survey life cycle
• Maintain and enhance the survey calendar and manage coordination across multiple business and functional teams
• Support the Survey Center of Excellence by developing and managing an enterprise survey intake process, including related guidelines and best practices, and engaging with lines of business to consult on approach, approval and governance processes, and provide effective challenge when necessary
Insight Reporting and Dashboards
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys and qualitative listening forums and platforms to deliver clear, compelling insights and summary reports
• Build and manage dashboards scorecards and visualization through embedded survey platform
• Provide LOB's and functional teams with results in ways that support interpretation business relevance and performance
• Track response trends, completion rates, and insights over time to monitor organizational health engagement and behavioral shifts
• Incorporate insights across various listening tools and channels to provide a comprehensive view of teammate sentiment trends, including specific areas for improvement and action and noted strengths/improvements
Stakeholder Support & Capability Building
• Serve as a trusted resource for HR, LOB and Senior Leaders seeking to understand and act on survey and qualitative listening results
• Partner with Organizational Health and Teammate Experience Directors and Program Leads, as well as Organizational Health and Teammate Experience Program Design and Enablement Manager to deliver training, office hours, toolkits, and FAQ materials to build internal capabilities
• Support governance protocols, educate users on proper survey usage, and help reinforce behavioral science-based best practices
• Provide internal stakeholders and process owners, with usable data to assist in turning insights into action
Data Integrity & Ethics
• Protect confidentiality and ethical standards in teammate data handling and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal data, privacy, risk, and regulatory standards
• Maintain data dictionaries, metrics definitions, and survey taxonomy to ensure consistency across programs
• Regularly work with BURE, HR, Risk and Ethics partners to provide actionable insights and maintain appropriate communications, disclosures, and process documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or science/academic field, or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. 5+ years of experience in survey administration, people analytics HR systems or employee experience listening programs
3. Hands-on experience with survey platforms (e.g. Medallia)
4. Strong Excel skills, with ability to analyze, visualize, and communicate complex data clearly
5. Understanding organizational behavior and employee experience principles; knowledge of behavioral science and psychology
6. Strong statistical methods and qualitative analysis (e.g. theme clustering, sentiment analysis)
7. Proven ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail and fast-paced environments
8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

1. Master’s degree in finance or equivalent science/academic field
