Job Summary

  • Pressure washing the pool deck, check pump motors, adjusting the lighting timer, clean and organize pool chairs, cleaning pool tiles, and pool features, backwash pool filters as needed, inspect ADA pool equipment, repair pool furniture (Chairs, Tables, Umbrellas), inspect safety equipment, Meet with Vendors and DHEC, receive supplies, replace skimmer cover lid, check spa jets, and other duties as requested.
  • Vacuuming, clean skimmer basket, check and clean pool handrail and ladder; straightening chairs, picking up trash, clean gas, and electric grills, and pulling weeds on the pool deck; notice and address inconsistencies with Pumps, water Level, and water Flow.
  • Observe activity and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency (Help clear the pool deck when lightning is close by); Promote the rules and regulations of the facility; Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager;  Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services; Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications

  • Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.  
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Enter and locate work-related information using computers.  
  • Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. 
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
