Your Role

1.    Manage product development activities to meet APTIV/customer commitments.
2.    Lead and contribute to APTIV business by providing technical solutions across sites/PBUs.
3.    Act as functional technical expert in respective area of expertise.
4.    Technical Advocate by bringing technical excellence in APTIV.
5.    Serve as technical mentor, Coach project team members including experience sharing, holding workshop.
6.    Lead and ensure the quality of Design Reviews.
7.    Lead resolution of systemic, cross-project, and/or cross-competency technical issues.
8.    Drive and support enterprise continuous improvement (cost, quality, performance, efficiency).
9.    Support the development and execution of product and technology strategies.
10.    Maintain the customer communication for technical issues.
11.    Plan the human resource and raise Demand.
12.    Finish the tasks that supervisor assigned.

Your Background
1.    Bachelor Degree or above, Major in science or engineering fields.
2.    3-5 years technical experience on automotive millimeter wave radar project development.
3.    Prefer to have stream radar design, alignment design, blockage design, radar architecture design experience. 
4.    Strong interpersonal, presentation, coaching skills.
5.    Strong team work spirit, task and work planning still.
6.    Comprehensive technical English reading/ writing and clear verbal communication skills are required.
7.    Requirement management tools like Doors, Polarion.
8.    Automotive electronic knowledges: MCU, Hardware design, embedded sw design, EMC. ISO 15765, ISO 14229, ISO 26262, ENCAPs, C, CAPL, Matlab, CANoe, Fault Tree analysis, DFMEA.
