Role: Registered Veterinary Nurse/3rd Year Student

Salary: £26,812-£28,275 D.O.E.

Location: Blacks Vets – Across our hospital and branches 

Job Type: Permanent 

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (part-time applications considered). Weekends are approx. 1:4 with TOIL.

Your role and responsibilities 

 

Join our multi-award-winning team (see below for our long list of accolades!) as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, working across all five of our branches. This is a fantastic role for an RVN seeking variety in their day-to-day work.

We would prefer someone on a full-time basis. however, we're open to discussing part-time and flexible roles. 

 

Our exceptional team consists of certificate holders in Cardiology, Medicine, Surgery, Dermatology, Soft Tissue and Orthopaedic Surgery and much more - meaning we have an exciting caseload and can provide both first-opinion and referral level services. 

 

Our nurses are heavily involved in all cases and assist with some complex procedures. Nurses are able to work within an advanced veterinary nursing niche. 

 

We also have state-of-the-art equipment, including: 

  • CT scanner 
  • Dedicated dental x-ray unit 
  • Referral level ultrasound scanner and dedicated scanning room 
  • NHS level lab 
  • Seven top of the range endoscopes
