You will manage Content Manager and guide the overall content team on our Content execution across all EMEA websites. Leading on strategy & process improvements, by building ways of working with departments such as Studio, Marketing and Digital Trade. Own the Content Marketing plan & future strategy for all markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Digital Content Lead, you'll be doing the following: 

  • Manage the overall output of the Digital Content Team, ensuring you Manager is aligned on business objectives & prioritise
  • Working aligned with the Digital Trade leads to ensure content briefs meet commercial requirements to drive trade – whilst remaining aligned with JD’s brand identity.
  • Be the authority within all creative aspects of the JD Digital estate, ensuring we achieve our goal of being the best Omni-Channel Retailer in the world.
  • Working with Marketing & Trade to have a clear Content calendar covering all 14 local market websites.
  • Working with the UX team to improve site conversion and view product by ensuring best in class creative is executed, using best practice to maximise return by area of real estate

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge and experience of commercial online marketing within eCommerce retailing is essential (ideally within the fashion industry)
  • Experience of developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Experience of briefing and planning digital content
  • Experience of using eCommerce applications such as Mesh, Fred Hopper and Google Analytics
  • A degree in marketing/online marketing would also be desirable
