Join the Capital Access Platform Advisory Engineering Division and contribute for core product development with latest and gratest tech stack. , Advisory Engineering is providing Engineering solutions to Advisors who are serving Capital market clients globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Specialist, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in India, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries  

We design/ build and develop robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

An equal opportunity to lead technical implementation of sophisticated features across the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

We architect microservices-based solutions with focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

We collaborate with multi-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure efficient software delivery.

An opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to code reviews and user documentation.

We participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning and technical design discussions!.

We expect you to have-

• Proven experience of 8-10years in technology/software development
• Software development, system architecture, programming languages (Java, Python, C++), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), API design, database management, agile methodologies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership potential, ability to work in multi-functional teams, analytical thinking
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems using message queues. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze sophisticated technical challenge build design effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work optimally in distributed global teams!
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

It would be great if you-

It would be great if you have experience with financial services or capital markets technology solutions.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB. Knowledge of reactive programming frameworks and asynchronous processing patterns.

Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in technical communities.
