What You’ll Do:  

On Location partners with International Federations (IFs) to provide hospitality, travel, and event experiences for their leadership, athletes, sponsors, and stakeholders at the Milano Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. As the Coordinator, International Federations, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality programs tailored to each IF’s needs.

Reporting to the Director, Global Sales Partnerships, IFs, this role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong hospitality coordination, client servicing, and project management skills. You will assist in managing relationships with IFs, ensuring the smooth delivery of hospitality offerings and operational excellence.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Client Servicing & Hospitality Coordination
    • Support the planning and fulfillment of hospitality, ticketing, and travel programs for IF leadership, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
    • Assist in coordinating team delegations, technical officials, and VIP hospitality experiences.
    • Track and manage client requests, ensuring timely responses and seamless execution.
  • Sales & Program Support
    • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and pricing information for IF hospitality packages.
    • Help identify opportunities to enhance IF hospitality experiences, including dedicated Federation Houses and custom event packages.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and program details.
  • Operational & Logistics Coordination
    • Work cross-functionally with ticketing, accommodations, and operations teams to support the execution of hospitality programs.
    • Assist in tracking contracting, invoicing, and fulfillment processes to ensure all commitments are met.
    • Support ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

This is a support-focused, hospitality-driven role ideal for a proactive, organized professional with a passion for sports events and premium experiences. Multi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • 2 years+ Sales and Management Experience in sports or hospitality.
  • Expertise and deep understanding of the Olympic and Paralympic Movements and the stakeholders therein, especially the IFs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, marketing, and sales skills
  • Strong technology skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules
  • Multi-lingual preferred (English + at minimum one other language preferable French, Spanish, Russian or any other)
  • Salesforce CRM expertise and Excel.

Travel:

Must be adaptable and flexible with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$60,406 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$54,000 annually
