The Client Reporting Team services all of Dimensional's sales channels across the globe by providing broad suite of highly customized reports along with a suite of standardized solutions. These reports include due diligence questionnaires, reconciliations, requests for information and board reports, and client review questionnaires to meet our clients reoccurring reporting needs. To complete this high volume of deliverables, the team provides end-to-end managed solutions with internal report generation tools and a secure website, which provides additional tools to elevate the client experience. We work with nearly all teams across the firm to compile data that the clients require, package it in a user-friendly format, and distribute for consumption.
This position will be responsible for supporting the client services teams to build, maintain and strengthen our global client relationships. With proven success, Associates will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, prospects and intermediaries to develop and expand personal and professional relationships.
Responsibilities:
Generate a large volume of standard and custom weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers.
Provide quality control for client reports and requests and support day-to-day activities.
Responsible for completing due diligence and client questionnaires.
Database maintenance and compilation of business statistics.
Investigate and address client inquiries with support/oversight from senior staff by evaluating client-specific circumstances and collaborating across departments to formulate responses; communicates their findings to senior staff
Manage inbound/outbound client communication (emails and phone calls) via the CRM system with oversight from senior staff
Collect and analyze data to support various sales goals and campaigns
Prepare materials used by Portfolio Management, Sales, Marketing and Presentations
Develop a robust understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy and process
Seek opportunities for professional development
Qualifications:
At least 1+ year of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Team oriented – ability to apply analytical and decision-making skills in a collaborative environment
Strong knowledge of Excel and general computer skills with the ability to learn additional computer applications as needed
Self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
