Pediatric Medical Specialties Practice

It takes more than great medicine to heal. It takes a dedicated focus on effective collaboration with our providers on our Team at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. Our practice supports pediatric specialties endocrinology & diabetes, health optimization services, dermatology, rheumatology, infectious disease, and nephrology. By partnering together, we can provide the highest quality of care to children.

Our practice manager will have one support supervisor for a team of twenty-six providers and thirty-six team members.

35 Michigan houses the main location, and there are Outreach Locations.

Scope of work

Responsible for the structure and daily operation of assigned physician practice site(s), managing and collaborating with the staff, providers and other departments and professionals. Manages the efficient and productive operations of the site with a focus on quality and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
  • Skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through 2+ years of related health care / medical practice or related work experience Required.
  • 1 year of relevant recent experience and relevant supervisory or management experience Preferred.
