Summary:
A Private Wealth Portfolio Management Team is looking for a talented individual who is eager to work closely with portfolio management while leveraging a strong technical background and exceptional client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Trading Management: Provide comprehensive trading support for active portfolio managers and high-volume separately managed accounts
Trading Operations: Enter equity trades into trade order management systems and run trade allocations for the appropriate accounts
Portfolio Rebalancing: Prepare rebalances for client accounts and review them with the portfolio manager
Portfolio Analysis: Generate portfolio holdings reports, conduct portfolio analysis, and ensure the accuracy of portfolio holdings through exception reporting
Client Engagement: Engage with clients regarding portfolio questions , asset allocation, performance, etc. proactively and reactively
Relationship Management: Support and partner with the team relationship managers and specialists to enhance client satisfaction and retention efforts
Client Account Review: Conduct daily reviews of client accounts to ensure their accuracy and assist in the creation, coordination, and completion of client reporting
Ad-Hoc Projects: Take on additional projects as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong Excel skills very helpful
Familiarity with Charles River, SalesForce, FactSet
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Candidate needs to be team oriented and yet also be able to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
Ability to take initiative and meet clear deadlines. Trading can have very tight deadlines and requires accuracy to avoid costly errors.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
