Position Summary
You will support and grow GSK’s medical engagement in Hong Kong by building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, evidence-based medical information and to support safe, effective patient care. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
- Provide accurate, balanced and up-to-date medical information in response to clinical questions.
- Support medical education activities, including preparation and delivery of scientific content.
- Work with internal colleagues to ensure medical insights shape local strategies and patient-focused initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and company standards for medical engagement and record keeping.
- Collect and share field insights to inform scientific and commercial decisions.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical affairs, clinical, or healthcare-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese required.
- Ability to interpret and explain clinical data clearly and simply.
- Comfortable working independently in the field and managing time effectively.
- Right to work in Hong Kong and willingness to travel locally for customer engagement. This role is on-site with regular field activity.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree or professional qualification in a healthcare or scientific discipline.
- Experience working with hospitals, specialists, or health authorities in Hong Kong.
- Previous experience in medical information, medical science liaison, or clinical roles.
- Familiarity with medical education and scientific presentation delivery.
- Competence with MS Office tools and basic data reporting.
- Bilingual ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
