THE TEAM

The mission of the Samples Management Department is to manage the lifecycle of Aritzia’s samples and maintain an accurate and well-organized sample library.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Sample Management Department, you will be part of the team responsible for a complete and relevant sample library that will enable users to focus on driving sales and elevating Aritzia’s brands. As the Senior Associate/Associate, Samples, you will support day-to-day administrative activities related to ensuring the sample library is up-to-date, accurate, and well organized using a methodical and exact approach. THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate/Associate, Samples you will support the team to:

  • Efficiently and accurately receive all samples so that they are easily accessible for all users
  • Support business users by prioritizing sample requests and ensuring samples are in the right place at the right time.
  • Strategically identify and action archival protocols for samples.
  • Manage sample assets and processes to maintain a complete, relevant, and organized sample library

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $25–$35 USD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
