Reporting to the Data Management Organization (DMO) MDM Operations Team Lead, the Associate Business Services Analyst supports the successful delivery of data management service to Conagra by collaborating with other Data Management Organization Managed Service partners and internal stakeholders across the enterprise. You will work with our outsourcing partners to ensure operational metrics are meeting SLAs, analyze operational trends and resolve gaps, and be a point of contact for escalations. The responsibilities of this role could span across multiple data domains.

You will also work with senior analysts on high-priority projects to provide operational support, data analysis, testing and change management. You will have the opportunity to span across all teams within Global Business & Information Services, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Application Managed Services, IT Business Relationship Management, the Center of Excellence, Consumer CARE, IT Infrastructure, Security & Risk Management and Vendor Management.

You Will:

  • Provide support for Master Data Operations

  • Help gather and interpret data with various levels of problem solving

  • Identify problems and opportunities, recommend solutions

  • Create reporting and metrics that provides analysis to drive action/ resolution

  • Organize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously

  • Present findings that assist understanding, agreement, and informed decision-making

  • Support improving our processes and customer requests

  • Work across departments and with various levels within the organization

  • Respond to information requests and communicate the impact to partners

  • Document business process and recommend process improvements

  • Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues

  • Practice influence and peer collaboration; get work done through others

  • Escalation contact for all partners.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Project Management - Self Starter, able to lead in an ambiguous environment

  • 1+ years of business related experience

  • Experience in reporting and data visualization – Power BI, Tableau

  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future

  • We ask that you work from our Omaha office 3 days a week; Tues, Weds & Thurs each week.
