About the department

Our Performance and Risk Analysis team ensures accurate portfolio performance reporting and risk attribution. We support investment teams by validating data, resolving issues, and delivering insights that guide strategic decisions. The department plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with global standards and driving transparency for internal and external stakeholders.

How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

  • You will oversee performance and risk analysis processes.

  • You will review portfolio performance and validate data accuracy.

  • You will perform data checks and resolve exceptions to improve reporting quality.

  • You will provide clear commentary on performance and risk metrics.

  • You will identify and resolve complex data issues impacting reports.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • You will ensure timely delivery of reports aligned with service agreements.

  • You will manage requests and coordinate with investment teams.

  • You will lead projects and represent the functional team.

Team & Collaboration

  • You will consult on performance and risk for internal and external clients.

  • You will stay current on industry trends and best practices

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related quantitative field.

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience; Business Analyst background preferred.

  • Progress toward CIPM, FRM, or CFA designation is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of securities, mutual funds, and financial instruments.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Visual Basic, and Python.

  • Experience with FactSet B-One and data management tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
