Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance our data center technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define infrastructure needs. - Design and build data center technology components to meet business requirements. - Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of the infrastructure. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the data center technology. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions. - Assist in documentation and knowledge sharing to facilitate seamless operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of infrastructure design principles and best practices. - Experience with data center technologies and components. - Knowledge of networking protocols and security principles. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Recommendation: Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
