Content Omnichannel Expert ( secondment until approx. October 2026 )

We are currently looking for a Content (Omnichannel) Expert who will be responsible for customization and localization of the global Brand content in an effective and efficient way to maximize customer engagement.

You will act as an ambassador for global content in the market, ensure modular content standards are applied.

Your responsibilities:

  • Execution of content creation process

  • Owning pieces of content development

  • Confident use of all relevant functions within to create, edit, and publish new modules

  • Accessing global content and leveraging MOC (Marketing Operations Center)

  • Editing global content according to the brief and internal processes

  • Collaboration with the creative agency, e.g. sharing a file with the agency, sending a file for translation, or inspecting content received from the agency with appropriate Brand lead

  • Requesting local module creation with the global content manager if needed

  • Informing the local organization about new tool functionalities or processes if required

  • Understanding portfolio sets for globally and locally supported brands as well as portfolio managers

  • Coordinating translation for the market and ensure execution is completed in a timely and accurate manner

  • Initiating and tracking the copy approval process for digital materials (in scope of the position)

  • Ensuring timely execution of the materials through DC and Global Platforms

  • Supporting the marketing team in patient-related activities (DAC)

Why you?

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing Assistant/Specialist position (or similar)

  • Bachelor’s degree or last year of studies

  • Polish as a native language

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus

  • Experience in content creation and digital marketing

  • Practical knowledge of graphic programs like Adobe, Canva, and/or Figma

  • Experience in managing agency relationships and in planning and buying display media, building User Journeys, implementing bidding strategies

  • Creativity and attention to details

  • Strong communication and teamwork

  • Good command of English would a be an advantage

  • The ability to use AI in marketing activities
