At every level, we champion leaders who live our values of integrity, inclusion, innovation, and commitment to success. We are looking for an Ecosystem Partner Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team. This position will be based in Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, or Dallas, TX. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person at a Protiviti office several times per week.
As a Protiviti Ecosystem Partner Marketing Manager you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) partner suite. You will collaborate closely with alliance teams, sales, and practice leaders to understand go-to-market priorities and create integrated partner marketing programs that position Protiviti as the partner of choice. Success in this role will come from building strong relationships, driving measurable engagement across key program elements (web, digital, in-person campaigns), and effectively managing marketing budgets. You will work within a highly collaborative team environment and should be comfortable operating in an agile/scrum marketing model.
Own the marketing strategy for our ERP partner suite, aligning activities with sales and go-to-market priorities to drive brand awareness and demand.
Act as the marketing point of contact for ERP partner alliance leads, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and business growth drivers.
Develop and execute co-marketing programs with partners, including shared messaging, joint campaigns, and budget management.
Integrate partner marketing efforts with broader industry and buyer-focused campaigns, working closely with our marketing, practice, and ecosystem teams.
Identify cross-partner synergies and build multi-partner marketing initiatives that enhance engagement across multiple platforms.
Develop marketing briefs and plans for core sales plays, ensuring alignment on messaging, key metrics, and deliverables.
Measure and optimize marketing program performance using data-driven insights to improve future campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
Expertise in partner marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of strategic alliances, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Budget management experience, including oversight of marketing spend and Market Development Fund (MDF) allocations.
Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally with stakeholders and externally with ERP partners.
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for crafting compelling partner narratives.
Technical acumen, with the ability to align ERP technology solutions with consulting offerings.
Comfort in an agile/scrum marketing environment, with the ability to pivot and iterate based on evolving business needs.
A highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a pod structure.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
A commitment to high quality work and attention to detail.
A willingness to travel (~20%) for partner events, internal meetings, and conferences.
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (marketing, communications or related field)
8+ years of experience in marketing with a strong track record in partner marketing and strategic alliances.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, Workfront, Microsoft Office, and AI-driven marketing platforms
