- Work closely with R&D to support accelerated new product transfer starting from NPI (New Product Introduction) through full-scale production.

- Transfer, install, set up and verify the process equipment and processes until completely released to production.

- Manufacturing process and tooling design, installation, verify buy-off and release to production.

- Manufacturing documents preparation, providing training and maintaining the process control in production.

- Create manufacturing documents such as work instruction, control sample builds, optimization and complete transfer into mass production.

- Collaborate with different functions as a manufacturing engineering representative function.

- Technical solution of process and product to drive for production yield, productivity and cost improvement.
